My name is Larisa and I am the NightNurse 305. I am a Critical Care Nurse, Educator, Nurse Coach, Entrepreneur and Content Creator.

I am the founder of the Parkwood Project. The Parkwood Project was created because there is a need for mentorship within the profession of nursing. I am extremely passionate about helping the next generation nurses.

I focus on motivational coaching, mentoring, financial education for those who want to become nurses. I am dedicated to working with individuals interested in nursing helping them figure out the best way to get started and how to remain successful on their journey on becoming a nurse and beyond.

Nursing is the nation's largest health care profession with more than 3.1 million registered nurses practicing nationwide. However, many more nurses are needed into the foreseeable future to meet the growing demand for nursing care.

There are more than 1 million nursing positions unfilled nationwide, according to the National Center for Workforce Analysis, an agency of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Many hospitals and other employers are struggling to meet the rising demand.
